Wiejce Palace is located in a picturesque place, by the Warta River, surrounded by greenery. Stationary meetings of Sundao ISM is a space that promotes deep transformation, raising vibrations and developing consciousness. The energy of the group, the practice under the guidance of Master Yu and SooJin, being in a beautiful natural environment will support your transformation, which is sure to be felt by everyone!

We will combine meditation with practical exercises, knowledge and real stories of the participants, which are proof of the extraordinary potential of the Sandao ISM method. We will come together for a joint practice to support, develop and energize each other. You will unite the body, spirit and mind and gain access to your inner space. This is what we did during the Sundao ISM Summer Seminar at von Treskov Castle, let’s meet again!

The purpose of the seminar is to create a space that will become the basis for finding what you really want, as well as new ideas and inspiration for the realization of desires. It is not necessary to have previous experience with Sundao ISM to start the workshop – live practice will prepare you for regular online practices with the ISM community throughout the year. Regardless of what stage of development you are at, you will be able to truly realize the extraordinary Power of your being, which will greatly accelerate the transformation. You will receive tools and inspiration to move to a higher level of self-realization and ways to share your inner light, happiness, peace. Let yourself feel complete clarity, brightness and sufficiency!

Double rooms in cottages next to the Palace (Folwark).

It is also possible to have rooms in the Palace itself for an extra charge of 180zl per person for the entire stay.

Additional activities

A variety of exciting activities will be available at the Wiejce Palace before, between or after classes. These include volleyball, archery, biking or canoeing on the Warta River. All of the attractions are off the program and will be available on-site after lodging. It is also possible to extend your stay and enjoy the above outside of our program, which we encourage you to do 💛

Master Yu

World renowned lecturer, most dynamic meditation teacher, philosopher, book author and coach for artists, celebrities and business people. He gives people inspiration based on freedom, fluidity and synchronicity. Creator of the Integral Somatic Method (Sundao; ISM), his own interpretation of mountain Taoism, Buddhism, traditional oriental medicine and the latest discoveries of quantum mechanics.

SooJin Kim

One of the creators of the Sundao ISM method. A violinist whose music helps others to connect with their Inner Space and to express their emotions. She believes that we draw strength from knowing our capabilities and self-love. Since 1999, she has been sharing practical guidance, meditations and music around the world. Conducts seminars and trainings together with her husband master Yu Jae Shin.

The course counts 30 hours towards the Sundao Facilitator certification.

The Sundao ISM Facilitator certificate is valid for 1 year.
Hours for certification are calculated according to the academic calendar, starting from October 2022 to September 2023.
Each meeting is assigned an appropriate number of hours.
First Certification: Minimum 80 hours per year – workshops with Master Yu – including attendance at a retreat with Master Yu once a year.
Continuous Certification: A minimum of 40 hours per year of Sundao ISM classes – including attending a retreat with Master Yu once a year.
